Let me Warn all u Infiniti owners.. The Atlantic Infiniti has the SHI*TIEST Service.. I Got my Cd Change about a month ago afte having my car for about 8 months cuz that [censored] broke.. they scratch my DIN.. so I tell them while ur at it go ahead and find out wat that REAR CLICKING noice is about.. they said well for now we dont' know so we will put it down as the The thing that locks the spare tire down cuz it was kinda Loose!!! (YEA RIGHT) ...So i come back 2 motnhs later which is today driving an hour and a half cuz this rear clicking noise in the passenger side has gotten worst.. They said well since ur at 14,330 miles We can fix the problem whenever u go to ur 15k mile check up.. That's $250 For that!! I said Why can't u guys atleast look at it.. I suggest u guys RE-tourqe and RE-lubricate the axle .. THey said We do all that in our 15k mile service.. Why would i wait till the 15k to fix this problem when i can get it done under warranty.. So basically they want me to pay!! That's FU** Up!! I just HIGHLY suggest u avoid this place I waste my time driving there.. The guy that was A pain is name Julius.. The service guys are a bitch too.. cuz he came and rode with me and claims to not hear anything.. HE said "The roads are too wet to identify any type of noise" you can hear CLICK CLICK CLICK!!! SO AVOID ATLANTIC INFINITI

I suggest you post this in the NorthEast Forum if you're talking about the Atlantic Infiniti in NY. I believe they're trying to turn around their image, so i would suggest speaking to someone on there or the Gsquad forum to see whats up...

 

Yeah post it over there and someone will get you a contact over at atlantic. I've personally never been there but others in the squad has and they've had their problems taken care of supposedly. Goodluck...

Talk to Bob Dolan the new service manager. Tell him you have the clicking noise and the axles need to be re-torqued. In regards to the payment, I think the 15K mile checkup is about that cost so I don't think they are charging you for it! I would call them anonymously and ask them how much the 15K service is.

BTW:....Talk to customer service and when you get your courtesy call, give them a bad review and also get the # to customer service...cause that is some B.S.

Infiniti knows they are havin the first model year woahs with this car...so they need to stop the BS and JUST FIX IT FOR YOU....as most dealerships are coming around to doing.

If it was here in NY...we could DEFINATELY get your car done for you...but G.Squad holds no wieght in Florida...(YET)..LOL
