Psssh....

So as you know my wingman has been steadily changing things up. So he swung by my place last night so i could install his APR splitter on his Karuma front. Here are a few pics

After drilling the holes

Put the rods on-

It's on-

One scary driveway shot-

Photoshoot coming soon!

thanks this morning I took the bumper and splitter back off the car and drilled a pair of holes to allow the back of the splitter to mount to the bottom of the radiator support to further support the splitter and make sure it doesn't pull my bumper of the car at high speed

can't wait to put my side skirts and rear bumper on with the fenders now

thanks for the compliments guys. I'll snap a couple pics this week after I wash the car to show how it looks now that the splitter has been securely mounted on the car. The initial ride home after putting it on I was so nervous to take it highway speeds thinking it might drag on the ground or rip my bumper off. First thing Sunday morning I was in the driveway with the car in the air and the dremel out making new securing points in the rear of the splitter, replaced the fender linings in the front and replaced any broken clips and rusty bolts all around in the front. Gotta finish the project i started with replacing all the bushings in my suspension with poly bushings and gtspec braces. My goal this year with the car is more on the aero and cosmetics side with a focus on braking and handling for performance. Leaving the engine alone this year

you're right its summer time. And I'd rather do mods that I can check off my list in a day or a couple hours instead of spending time I should be using to drive the car and enjoy the weather to have my car apart installing mods that will require a week to install and then testing and tuning before I can play with it. So I'm saving my FI plans for winter when I won't be driving it at all and it can get those mods done over the course of a few months instead of rushing now
