I believe the past owner of my car was pretty large aka fat, the driver seat foam is squished and the leather is starting to rip on the side closer to the door. Shift **** is also pretty worn on the leather too. Think this is covered by the warranty? Car only has 30k

Also, how are they with an OC test? I just want to make sure I get this checked out before my factory warranty runs out in June.

Thanks.
Some people on here had trouble with warrenty issues from CB Infiniti, especially if you have any modifications on the G. If your all stock, you shouldn't have any problems. As for seat and shift **** wearing issues thats is probably consider normal wear and not covered.

my shift **** wore out with the quickness. i replaced it with a leather nismo shift ****. seat didn't have issues until about 60+k and started getting cracks... but then again I never conditioned the leather... maybe once or twice and mine is an 04.

I work for Charles Barker Nissan and I never had problems with my warranty

1. Did you buy your car from the dealership? (not stated)
2. If so purchased from dealership. They should be able to tell you your warranty coverage or look at your paper work.
3. Nissan/Infiniti has a basic warranty called 3/36 3years or 36k. If you are with in range of that you should have no worries. Unless the previous owner purchased extended warranty and should transfer to the new owner.
4. I'm what you would call"fat" that's why I'm Buddha. Also I am my own warranty for my G on the seats
5. Warrant only covers factory type problem. Not normal wear and tear.

Fuc<. cB Infiniti.
Also the ripped seat is a know problem in G35, it would have only been under warranty in the first year of ownership.

Read the OC thread before you go.

Not no more.

So here a pic of my 1985 BMW 325e Sedan.

I called it my "Red-Rimmed Beater", I even had custom plates being made saying "BEAT3R".

Well on the way to work this morning in stop and go traffic on Dam Neck, a white F150 stopped really quick due to traffic ahead stopping for the red light. Well I notice the F150 come to a quick stop, I tried to turn out of the way, but there was a car on my right and trees on my left. So I stomped on my brakes causing them to lock up and me skidding in the the rear bumper of F150. ABS was not a option for my a 1985 bimmer, so yea.

So full coverage insurance, with Towing and Rental car FTW. Or so I thought.
I get to Enterprise, and I start filling out the paperwork, and the lady takes me to this....

A super gaymoblie Beetle FTL. I ask if there were any other cars, and she that's the only available car in the VA Beack-Norfolk area. On the way to towing yard to get some stuff out the car, I'm at a red light when a truck full of contactors look over and start laughing at me. I call Enterprise begging to swap car with anything, I didn't care what is was at long as it was not a beetle, and the lady said call to tomorrow so see if anybody returns a car. That's not the answer I wanted to hear, but what can I do?

Around 3 PM Enterprise called me, and they said they had a girl that is driving a Dodge Avenger that wants the Beetle.
