I was thinking about putting my G on the track this Wednesday at Englishtown Racetrack in NJ. Its a 1/4 mile track that is supposed to be run very well, and open to the public on Wednesday Nights from 5-10pm. The cost is $20 and you can get between 4 and 10 runs in. What do you think of a mini meet over there. We can line em up!

Hey guys. I wanna come. I will be making arrangements to leave work early. I work in Rockladn, NY. So its about an hour and a half away from englishtown. I can definatelly get down there by 5-5:30. If you guys wanna meet up before hand I can see if I can get out of work an hour earlier still. This wil be fun

 

Yeah, I wish I had time to meet for a slice, but I doubt I will with the traffic and all. Has anyone been thier before?

I go all the time, but I won't go on a Wednesday. If your not there at 5:00, you won't get any runs in. It gets way too packed. You will spend 4 hours there and get 2 runs if your lucky. I go to the Saturday night open runs instead. I will be going in a couple weeks on a saturdya with a few other G's if anyone wants to come along then.

 

Can someone explain what Englishtown is all about to someone who's never been?
