I do, because it's close by and cheaper than Infiniti dealership, both labor and oil. But there is this woman who always give me a weird look everytime i bring my car there. And she's try to not service me all the time. Either.."oh...we are very full today", but there was no car in front of me!!! Or like...try to ignore me and service all other Nissan cars first (of course, not noticably, but i know she mean to do that)!!! I really don't know what's up with her. I mean...G35 isn't that much from a Z, right?

Yes, I agree with you about cheaper, about 30% cheaper for most parts. I have my major services at the Infiniti dealers but air filter or micro filter, brake stuffs, I could get from Nissan. I think the reason she means to do that to you because she afraids if Nissan dealers install/repair something on the G, have something to do with the Infinity's warranty and it might backfire the Nissan dealer. Other than that, I got a lot of "hello" from these Nissan salemen whenever I drive my G coupe across from the Nissa parkin lot... I wonder if I would have the same greeting if I still drive my old but great Accord????

I have done the oil & tranny at a Nissan Dealership and everything was fine...no issues at all. Pricing was better.

I checked for a tranny flush and fill at our local Nissan and Infiniti dealerships and they quoted me this; Frontier Infiniti-$189 ; Stevens Creek Nissan-$170. Kinda a no brainer, especially if they are both using Matic-J.

How are you gonna flush it? A drain and fill is strait foward but to do a flush you need one of thier shop machines.

No brainer? You're saving $19. I'd rather pay $19 more and have Infiniti be able to keep a log of my service in their computers (esp something important like a tranny flush and fill) for warranty and resale purposes. Don't nickel and dime yourself. You drive an Infiniti. $19 shouldn't be a big deal.

My warranty is up, and I don't care if they have recorded my transaction into their computers. I sold cars previously for Nissan, believe me, your not gonna get any more money for your car because Infiniti has proof you got a tranny flush thier. In addition just keep your service reciepts and you can show them to the next owner. Maybe you don't mind paying $19 extra bucks for the same exact service, but I do. Just because I drive an infiniti doesn't mean I'm gonna give them extra money just because they ask.

I go to the Nissan dealership only cause I get a discount there. But thats about the only reason, I guess I get one at the Infiniti dealership too but its a further drive and harder to do during work.

Cool. Sac2904 How much did you have to spend for the matic-J if you don't mind me asking? And how much do you need to buy?
