Which dealership in Sacramento Area?

I've placed a refundable deposit with Elk Grove, but i've never been to the dealership. I've been to, and like the dealership in Roseville and all the guys that work there.

Roseville offers every other oil change free of charge, but Elk Grove offers 1500 dollars worth in coupons. does anyone know if these coupons are actually worth it? I'd actually prefer the free oil changes.

as of right now, both dealerships are quoting MSRP on the new coupe, so my deciding factor should be overall feel of the dealership and service depts.

i appreciate any info you guys can offer.

Thanks!

I have had good experiences in the service department in Roseville, but their sales department was a big negative for me. I had to drive to Concord to get my 05 Cpe because the Roseville guys were trying to take me for a quick one.

I won't say the service department is top notch but they do well enough to take mine to them. They just don't go that extra mile IMO.

don't know about service but the sales dept suck ***** at roseville....my cousin went in and was insulted by one sales guy. the sales guy said "you couldn't afford this g35 even if it was for $15K...." Lo and behold my cousin goes back to his truck and comes back with $15K in cash and asks for the invoice and purchase papers.... needless to say, after a few pleads from the sales manager, my cousin left without saying a word, a wave of the bird and his wad of cash....

as for elk grove infiniti, it'll depend on who you talk with.... my first oil change there, the service tech forgot to use my provided oil filter and oil, despite the work order specifically stating to use customer provided oil and filter.... had to drain the oil at home and put my oil in.... what i don't like is the need to set an appointment just to do an oil change... so i go next door to nissan quick lube... service manager there knows me by car and charges me $25 for the oil change...

roseville is a **** poor place to buy the car, I had a similar experience with a pain in the *** salesman and bought the car somewhere else...however I do take my car to roseville for service because driving on I-5 blows and I always end up with a windshield full of bugs. I think if you buy the car from Elk Grove you get the coupons plus you can use their car wash free of charge.

thanks for the input guys. Seems like Elk Grove may be the better place to go to deal with sales people. I'm just kinda torn because the few people I've talked to at Roseville have been pleasant, plus going there would be easier than getting to the Elk Grove dealership for me. I guess if I'm stuck paying MSRP, there's not much haggling to take place, so it doesn't matter where I get it from. I just may get it from Elk Grove as that's where my 1K deposit currently resides. I've been dealing with Oscar who's been a good guy so far.
