from san jose it's about an hour and a half if you're making decent time. you don't have to do anything special to race, just show up. i think if you break into 13's you need a helmet

yup got there from the city in about 35 mins.... all you do is line up do some practice runs then set your dial at a time you think cant beat and then you do elimination races

I was there a few weeks ago, my best time was only 14.8, there was a sedan that ran 14.3 but the temperature was 90 degrees too.

don't forget that track is slightly uphill so all the times suck

My best run at Infineon was 14.1 @ 99.8MPH in my sedan at it's peak. I'm convinced I could have done better if it wasn't 90+ degrees and if I wasn't on 215 width all-seasons.
