Has anyone ever experienced their service? Is it like a free Motor club membership?
Cause I do pay for an Allstate Motor club card that takes care of towing, blown tire, battery replacement, and other unfortunate events that could happen when you drive.

Yes, I used their service couple weeks ago when I accidentally forgot to turn off the light inside the car. Called the 1-800-number and the service guy came within 30 minutes to recharge my battery.
I am very satisfied with the Infiniti Road Side Services. Definitely a plus!

LOL . . . I have been a CSAA Plus auto club member since 1976. Hmmm . . . Perhaps, I might cancel the service.

I used it last month. I needed a tow. I had to pay for the tow. I shoulda called AAA and invoked my membership there. All the roadside assistance did for me was find a tow company to call. I coulda done that myself!

Check this link, page 46 and 47...I am pretty sure it apply to 05 or any other year's G as well.

From what I ready it looks like the Road Assistance expects you to pay up from and then maybe if you want to claim for the reimbursement you can do so. But I can only imagine trying to argue with them trying to prove that it was a mechanical problem that was not induced by the driver. Well, I'm still going to keep my Allstate Motorclub, it's a lot easier to just pay a small monthly fee for emergencies rather then using something that doesn't honor what they write in black in white.

Haha...I was thinking the exact same thing Shane. Without you that day, he and his lady would still be walking home from SC.Originally Posted by limeg35

AAA for me. Had for many years and has done me well. Infiniti's thing is a joke imo. Never have used it and never will.

Yes, that's correct. I was told that I would not need to pay a dime for the Infiniti roadside service. They even called me back after the service completed to verify if I was satisfied with the service. Originally Posted by abunai

You can keep both Auto & Infiniti roadside services just to be safe. My auto insurance provides the roadside service for free.
You will never know when you need it.

You have to be 100miles away from home to be able to take advantage of their trip inturruption.
I was not charged a dime for towing, however i was basicly left stranded with out a car (thanks again Shane) and they wouldn't tow my car to my nearest dealer, only one aobut 40 miles away from my house.
So I had mixed feelings, however my car was well handled by the tow company, and everything went smoothly, and i was not charged anything.

I have the extension of the warranty and was wondering if I still need to keep my AAA membership or not. I came across this thread but it's 2 years old. What do you guys think? Is there charge for towing? Or is towing free if the problem is caused by the failure of a part that is covered by the warranty only? Guys with Infiniti Road Assist: did you keep your other service( AAA, ...) or did you get rid of it?
Thanks

i tried them for the first time tonight. its been horrendous. had a date lined up but my battery was dead. called them for assistance and was told it would be an hour til i got service waited an hour and some change and then called back and was told the service provider's truck broke down & that they did not contact infiniti to let them know.
the cust svc chic apologized and set me up with a new svc which should have arrived within 45 min, of course they didnt show up so i call back and come to find out that svc contractor also had a break down apparently and didnt call. so here i am now off & on hold for the last 20 minutes. i called @ 10:15/10:30 & its just about 1 am. terrible saturday nite. fml & **** infiniti roadside assistance. i just needed a ****ing jump.
