U can't compare the gains that u had without mentioning all the mods on ur car.

From intake manifold and exhaust i only gained ~7 hp and ~5 tq. Here are the results after the Osiris Tune with those same mods. ~35hp gain is very possible with some other WORKING bolt ons.

Since you do have one, why dont you tell me?

Why not spend few minutes click on vodkarocket and read few of his threads and find out something about that person's history, before you asking some other stupid questions?

He shouldn't have to. Vodkarocket should have listed mods when he claimed a 35hp gain from any kind of tune. But it is obvious that he doesn't just have i/h/e.

Well there is asking and there is asking, he guesing by reading Boris's sig and assume it was STOCK because it says "never modded", if he were just asking "did you have any mods with that gain?" I would've never say anything...and then go on asking " are all G owners dumbarses"...

sorry for jumping into this thread but...But i want to know how much do you guys spend for a plenum and spacer parts + install? and you make hardly any horsepower? whoever thinks there's g35 is putting down 250+ to the rear wheel please come to our shop we will give you a free dyno run to see if this is true, if not you pay 80 wait actually if not ill give you guys a ilttle break how about 40 if you dont break you "250rwhp" mark with only bolt ons! anyone up for it? .......So guys putting down 250rwhp feel free to come in! We just want to see if you really are making that power

Wow, a lot of tough guys on the internet these days.

I had the following engine mods on my car prior to installing the Unichip.
  • TopSpeed Headers
  • Crawford high-flow cats (retuned with Strup test pipes)
  • Nismo thermostat
  • MD 5/16" Copper ISO Thermal Spacer
  • MD MREV2
  • Unorthodox racing pullies
  • Stillen True-Dual Exhaust
  • Weapon *R 3.5" Intake
  • Gordgee 10-wire 5AT grounding kit
After installation and a few hours of tuning, I hit 272RWHP on a Dastek dyno (42RWHP gain) and 259RWHP on a Dynojet (35RWHP gain), both tuned by tuners with TONS of experience with the VQ35.

Numerous local members have ridden in my G35 and seen first hand what kind of power it was putting down. I pulled on rev-up 6MT coupes with ease even when I was on 20's...

I did not post that dyno sheet for u to see the actuall numbers, I posted it up to for all the doubters to see that OSiris tune made a difference. First line is the stock map and the second line is the tuned map. I before the tune i was putting down 246 whp on dynojet when at the same time i was putting down 261 on churches dyno. Now if u doubt I am making 260whp on a dynojet u must be on crack.

This is the time that i put down 261 on the churches dyno. My car hands it to SMG M3 convertibles, IS350, E500/CLS500 stock 07 sedans etc etc. I don't need to prove u on anything. Just trying to educate not so knowledgeable people here.

EDIT: i just read ur post again and saw that u weren't attacking my post at all. But yes u must have mustang dyno which shows very low numbers. Nowdays i don't believe on any dyno. I do however believe the difference in HP on the same dyno at the same day. Dyno is just like a 1/4 mile track every dyno and 1/4 mile track is going to give u different numbers.

^I understand that, i never claimed to put those types of numbers on mustang dyno but I am 99% sure i will put down over 255whp on a dynojet based dyno.

My car produced 240whp prior to uprev tune...i have fast intentions intimidator exhaust with HFC, mrev 5/16th spacer, K&N typhoon short ram intake... after tune.. i was at 260whp.. Good gains for those amount of mods? what is average for those amount of mods? 260whp = about 319 bhp? eh... i have 07 coupe 6mt. dyno dynamics btw..
next is strupp headers.. i have em.. just have to install them... i heard around 20hp gain midrange??? True or false??
