driving on a bent wheel can put alot more stress on your suspension. also, depending on how bad the bend is, you can get a flat alot easier. happened to a buddy of mine.

Quote: Rob... I was thinking... you are debating whether or not to fix them, but if you were to sell them and go DPE, wouldn't you need to fix them before selling them? If not, you would probably get all these lowball offers.
You make a very valid point, Giacomo.

Guess I have no choice but to fix them.

Of course, sir.

It's not bad. It's slight, but it is noticeable if you know what to look for.

Damn, this really bums me out because I just found out that there was a good chance I was gonna be able to make the Santa Cruz run, but that's probably not gonna happen now with this.

Robs Delima....?
Consider this Rob, if you don't get them fixed what are they worth? "Damn
near nothing!" Find a wheel repair shop that knows their business, have
them fixed and start saving your $ for a new set. This way you can sell
the GT-C's and recover some of the investment! Next wheels get 19s you'll
have fewer issues with damaged rims....

That's why I'm scared to get anything larger than 18's right now since I cracked my 17's on my old accord and cracked 2 19's (cast) on the G not too long ago.

Haha . . . that would be funny! Claudia & I going through the twisties in the Accord!

If I had stockers to roll on I would do it, but I don't.

You're right, Gary. My resale value won't be too high with 2 bent rims. I guess I'll just make the investment to save them and then sell them, because aside from the 2 bends, the rims are flawless.

As for the next set of rims, this recent speedbump has me considering 19's, but 20's are just so nice!

I don't think they will w/o spacers.

Thank you for the offer, though, Jen.

Hey, maybe Shane will lend me his iForged since he's selling them soon!
