G35 Chippie, PM sent. Keep in contact.

Don't make the lashing too painful, because I already got what I wanted.

yeah but i would rather get my documents before i get cited wheter it's ok or not you may still get an officer who is gonna cite you, then you have to do it anyways. So i'd rather have it documented thats is all good from the begining.

No you cannot.. I read this somewhere yesterday (went to a lot of sites so I cannot remember where I read that). You cannot go to the state-ref, you need to be sent to the ref. Wierd but its like that.

You can argue, print the HKS documentation and that should help. In my case, that's all I needed but unfortunately I didn't have the documentation at that time.

any audio store can test the db but its up to the officer on what he/she wants to do. just get the exhaust, bolt it on and call it a day, if its too loud you can get a resonator put it at any muffler shop.

I had mine tested last year, it read 93db. I had a ref in Santa Rosa do it for me as he's a friend but he would not give me a document to keep in the car Oh well at least I know I would pass.

Any updates from that douche from Fremont? I seriously dislike people that think they are god when it comes to this. I've meet doctors, lawyers, engineers that are considered masters of their field/industry 40+ years that are still open minded to learning new things. I'd tell him his 15 years was a waste and that he should go back to school and learn to read and comprehend.

Reading from the beginning, I could already tell that the odds are stacked against that tard in Fremont. But good argument I hope that lunatic learned a thing or two from this experience.

Again special things to G35 Chippie and to the G35 community, I believe we have all learned from Ken's argument.
