Are your windows tinted? What % visibility and have you been pulled over?

You should be fine with 35. I have 5% now and I have driven past 2 sjpd cars that have been right next to me and didnt pull me over but im just lucky right now.
But on my old car I have had been pulled over 3 times with 35% on the front and just rolled down the windows. They didnt mention it even though Im sure they had seen it

limit is 70% light on the front 2 windows aka ones that arent behind your head. ones behind your head are whatever you want so you can have the back ones limo tinted (5%) on the back and its perfectly legal.
btw 70% is pretty much just what your windows are stock so you pretty much stay legal and dont tint or decide on what level of illegality you want to tint to

i dont know if its old law or just factory some refer to but it might have been or may be 88%
