For the record: Our esteemed staff member post was not an official diagnosis of Frog's knock condition by Beshoff Infiniti. It is incorrect to suggest frogs engine valves are impacting pistons. There are many possible causes for engine knock and proper diagnostic procedure will assure accurate diagnosis. As a general rule, we refrain from posting diagnosis online as we want to assure the highest accuracy in any recomendations we provide, and the highest accuracy is best achieved with inspection by an Certified Infiniti Techncican.

For all of you satisfied members . . . Remember to reply to the Infiniti Customer Satisfaction Survey.

In the past, I routinely received a follow up call from the local dealership. In addition to that, I received a paper survey in the mail. I always opted to performed that paper survey on-line. They give you the website address and a password. This is how we show our appreciation to the Beshoff staff for their hospitality and their outstanding customer service.

Edit: Interesting stuff, I just found. You folks can also add your comments at the following:

well because they have to be really careful with what they say because of their GREEN tags which implies their credibility.. and also representation of their company.. and brian had to correct the loophoole with a disclaimer

Beshoff Infiniti -
Does your sales team sit outside and smoke like at other Nissan-based dealerships?
Does your sales team wear ties, like all high-end dealerships should?

If no/yes to these questions, I'd like to come talk to someone this weekend. The 0% APR and the good feedback have me intrigued. Is your online inventory, new and used, current? I am specifically looking for a black OB 6-speed coupe.
