Wow crazy. Things could have went real bad, luckily they didnt though. It sucks when you have to park your car outside, especially when you have wheels on it. There have been 3 guys on my street who have been left on blocks, so that makes things worst. The car cover might help the situation, but it still might not be enough.

Get a lowjack transmitter inside wheel. Looks just like a tire pressure sensor.

Thanks for all the info and advice. Until I get rid of the pool table the best theft preventer (garaging) is not an option, although I have a friend at work
who had her car stolen from the garage while she slept . They apparently scanned her gargage door opener code.

For now I am : (1) upgading the security lights/switching to constant on mode. (2) Doubling up on the wheel locks since this aparently is what saved me (this time). I have heard there are special tools to break wheel locks, but they make noise , so probably too risky to use in a residential driveway. (3) Going back to putting the car cover on every night (4) Teaching the dogs to bark at strangers ingaged in crimminal activity in the middle of the night, instead of leaves falling off the patio roof in the afternoon

^I'm not going to tell you b/c what your sig says in bold... lol

Go buy another set. Not sure if you can get/order as many lock lugs as you want to fit one key. Otherwise, you'll have to have a different key for each set of 4 you buy.

I need to replace mine and might as well be as safe as possible. The last people who worked on my wheels stripped the lugs a bit and they're showing rust(?!?) on the edges.

The person who the line was intended for gave me the right info.

Impact guns ftl = rust on edges and/or used slightly wrong socket size.

I remember who that was for in your sig lol. Smart man not to give you wrong info haha. I wouldn't dare either
