drive for great customer care and maintenance service?

For the second time, this year, I have taken my car to Beshoff Infiniti for an oil service. Actually, it's in for a bit more than an oil change. Nonetheless, I am adamant about the stellar custom care and service, which Beshoff has afforded me. Thus, I have no qualms over the mileage traveled.

It's some 140 miles round trip for me to drop my car off and to return home. That will bring the total mileage up to 280 miles when I finally get my car back home . . . Whew!

I envy all of you local folks, whom are simply a short hop away from Beshoff.

Truely good service is hard to find Andy so for me, the drive would be worth it. Having the peace of mind knowing your car is in good hands is worth alot more than some extra miles on the G

Yes, Chris . . . Perhaps, it comes with more time and experience to truly appreciate the "peace of mind" when you know you do not have to worry about things.

Over the past years, we have all read the numerous complaints about the terrible customer and maintenance service, which NorCal members have had. It definitely ruins the ownership experience.

LOL . . . If you have to think about it, you probably have not yet experience top notched customer service. I trust that you eventually find a place with whom you are comfortable and pleased with.

I feel sorry for you Andy, the dealer's 1.6 mile from my house But sadly the one I'm using now is across the other corner of the street. I do agree with you about their services. I was there on the first week that they open for the "easy exist" switch for the rear passenger and up/down for driver seat. They are very detail and informative about the car. Great service compared to Frontier

I have to agree with you Andy. Beshoff has been fantastic.

Its a 140 mile round trip for me as well and without getting into too many details, Beshoff was willing to deliver my vehicle since my schedule was really tied up at the time.

Stay away from Niello in Concord. Really good service unless you don't mind physical body damage to your G two out of three times lol... (true story)

Thanks Andy and all the G35Driver members that are supporting us by driving as far as you do. We in turn really enjoy supporting the G35Driver community!

Can you guys do anything about my oil consumption issue even though my car is out of warranty now? Other dealers I went to were never willing to help...
