CHP gave me a non-correctable tint ticket as well. It was about $120 and I just had to pay it (I tried fighting w/ TBD method but didn't get the paperwork in time and missed my window to appeal). The cop has the option of which statute to cite you for (fix it vs. not).

Sucks, gotta bite it.

I second that, but personally I think Milpitas is just as bad if not worst.

milpitas is pretty bad too....i hate driving around there, especially down calaveras =(

What are your input guys if we have Florida Tags?

We just googled Rosete, Fremont Police, and his name came out of the Subie Forums too.
They also said that he hates Asians in particular.
