Lol, OP, way to handle yourself in that situation. Your answers were on the ball.

Jeez, I'll definitely remember that whenever I drive on the Bay Bridge...

Ah, in that case, I might be there a bit earlier than you, I have stuff to do at humanities, then I'll return at 2PM lol. I always grab the edge parking spot, so I only have one car next to me lol. So far its been working good and I haven't had a door ding/chip in years. If I'm lucky, I'll have the spot right next to the elevator.

As for you're cop situation, might have ended differently if you had a box of donuts. =D

bad idea he would have been arrested and the box of donuts taken as "evidence"

1. He saw a bunch of cute girls in the car and got jealous.
2. He figured he could try and make you look bad. (If he wasn't getting any, you shouldn't)
3. He saw trying to "talk" to you didn't put a dent in your armor.

neener neener... You know he was cranky after that one.

I hope everything works out. That's just stupid.

2. Tint
3. Modified mufflers? I LOL'd
4. No front licenese plate

Sorry to butt in, but can't you also fight the "falsifying the make" charge? Technically this is the Skyline platform. I understand the car is registered as an Infiniti but it's not falsifying in my opinion. I bet you could get all the tix dropped with a lawyer on your side. The only reason he got you on all those charges was for a supposed primary offense of speeding, which you said he couldn't prove. All those other offenses are secondary and you can't be pulled over for them (except for maybe the exhaust sound being too loud). So he would have no tix to write if he had no proof you were speeding.

^ lol not even man. That citation just makes me laugh. There is no such thing haha. You can put a hundred skyline badges on if you want lol. I'm sure the cop is getting laughed at by his captain right now. Lol strutting arround the station thinking he is big cuz he punked some kid for 6 citations. Lol then he realizes most of them won't stick

Sucks man, been in situations like that. To be honest, were your sidemarkers with amber bulbs? If so, that is legal...easy swap, just say the officer saw they were clear when you turned your vehicle off.

As far as badging goes, I'd find out about that, because some people debadge their car...that "hides" the make of the vehicle. Wouldn't that be illegal? Also he should be able to tell by the VIN what make the vehicle is..you can further argue that people have modified Hondas to look like BMW's, where in the vehicle code does it state that is illegal?

Seems like you just got pulled over by a hard ***...sorry to hear, but it's really a hassle even though costs would be minimal.
