Beshoff continues to impress!! Wow!

So on Saturday I called beshoff about issues I was having removing my front caliper to change my brake pads (beshoff replaced my hub assembly on this wheel cause I had a busted wheel bearing)

when I called Brian answered, he gave me a bunch of tips on how to get it off and told me to give him a call back if it didn't work.

After trying the steps he provided I had no luck and was planning to call back soon to speak to him again. Well today Brian personally called me to see how it all went. I informed him that of didn't go well and he offered to let me bringy car by tomorrow to have them help me out.

Really though what impressed me big time is that BRIAN called ME. Really how often do your customer service reps caall YOU for an update??? This shows that beshoff really cares about their community!!

So thanks alot Brian and beshoff infiniti. I am EXTREMELY happy about your customer service and was definitely wowed by the fact that you remembered me and called me for an update!!

THANKS!!

Beshoff did a great job at taking off my rear spoiler. That thing was held on by 10 screws/clips and about a mile of adhesive. Not only did they take it off quick but they claybarred the trunk til it was smooth. Thanks again Beshoff.. Always great service..

So I have heard so much about Beshoff I had to check it out. A friend ad I rolled down there today and we got the full tour. The place was spotless and their "candy store" left me dooling. Ended up walking out with some clear corners and a plate frame. Can't wait tll pay day so I can buy some more goodies.
