I just got one tinting ticklet like 3 months ago...It was for 174$ ..I got it on Castro Valley while driving my G
However, I didnt know i could go to court and had it reduced....Anyway...I dont like that offier Rosette too...I got a ticket with my honda for exhaust sound, illegal intake and clear corners...
However, took car to referee and he said all is fine, except the Clear corners..They said you need to have am amber reflector, so I replaced them and I only paid 25$ to court..

I got a fix it ticket for my honda as well like 3 years go...Now they are not fix it, they are full price tickets...Just FYI...However, you dont have to remove it, but in case you get caught again you pay the fine again.....Its up to you

^^ That was at the BLOX Open House event. Basesd upon various forums .. the FPD was there citing various on "fix it" type of infractions .. tinting, license plates, etc ..

The above individual, again, based upon reading other forums, was cited for his car being too low. He had to have his car towed (home, or where ever) from the event .. otherwise his car would have been impounded if he was caught driving it AFTER he was cited.

To add insult to injury, he also received a ticket for his ridiculous hat and his saggy skinny jeans.

I got pulled over years ago by him for tints. First thing he said to me when he came up to the car was, "Why did you roll your windows down when you saw me?" HAHA. I said it was hot out. It was raining hahaha.

so i got a ticket and it says i have to appear in court by december 30th, 2010..
When do I have to get my fix it things signed off by? Is it 30 days from the violation or when?

Also, I got the ticket for not having front plates.. I also have tinted windows, but wasn't cited for that.. Should I roll my windows down when getting it signed off and where and how do I get it signed off?

You can get any cop, anywhere to sign off your ticket. It just depends if he wants to take the time too. If not, roll over to the police station and go to the front desk and tell them you need an officer to sign off your fix it.
