Thank you Sherlock. I understand the meaning of the words, however they don't apply here. I am relaxed, just flustered at the stupidity of SF lawmakers. The only cities I know of that block traffic are either insanely heavily congested with traffic, or are ancient and need to be protected from damage, or are too polluted. SF is none of those things so those people should concentrate on more important and pressing matters
