For anyone that's interested there's a meet the Thursday night before the GTG not far from Venice. I might have to check it out since I'll be in Cali. by then. Anyone else up for a mini-meet?

I believe that's right but I thought they might be able to give me info about parking across the street. I'll still give them a shout.
I'll get to use the valet setting on my tune for the first time if we park at the hotel.
It would be great to have a camera in the car if the fools tried to take it out for a joy ride. The looks on their faces would be priceless as the car bounced off the rev limiter at 2500 RPMs.

wow rooms are a bit on the pricey side 
I would be interested in sharing a room with someone if there is anyone willing...i think it would be cool to stay in the same hotel so we could chill after...get some drinks...do whatevz..
I have AAA and im a state employee as well, so im sure i could help with one of the larger discounts i get...just a thought...

I made reservations at the Marriott Marina del Ray today for Thu-Sat nights but can cancel them if we decide on Long Beach. I've got room for someone to share the room with me for any of those three nights and it comes out to about $80 each/night so you guys let me know if you'd rather stay in Long beach or Marina del Ray. The Marriott looks really nice.
