The other insurance just called and accepted liability. Liberty Mutual. I told them in my statement that their customer was evasive after the accident and refused to furnish insurance info until I became very assertive and reminded them that i was on the phone and my insurance needed their info. I called Milpitas police but they said no report needed since no one was hurt. So I took many pics of the scene. I'm glad it's over and they couldn't bs their way out of it. Now I'm worry if the shop can match the paint on the car.
