Question SF Bay Area Service Dep. recommendation?

Please, recommend Infiniti Service department in San Francisco Bay Area.
I live in SF, and I am going to bring in my 03 G35 sedan (bought used, still under warranty) for the first time. The car is amazing, but I have a bunch of small issues like annoying interior noises and front suspension creak while driving over the speed bump or driveway entering. Also I want to address poor MPG 14-19 regardless city or highway (could be timing tuning?).
Please, share your experience with these issues being addressed to Service dep.
How about Serramonte?

Thumbs up Serramonte Infiniti

YS, I go to Serramonte for my services. They are great. Ask for Jon Appleby. He is in his 30s. He'll take care of you.

I've had my car serviced at Niello (Concord) and I didn't have a very good experience there. I would have a different service writer every time and they were pretty cold. I then started to go to Peninsula (Redwood City) and they were great at first. I had the same service writer every time and they went the extra mile to make me happy. That changed when my engine failed. The service manager there tried to screw me because they didn't want to spring for a new engine. In the end, I got my way, but it was a nine week stress filled odyssey I don't ever want to go through again. I am now considering Pleasanton Infiniti for my service needs.

Infiniti of Marin is pretty cool. However, you'd have to cross the bridge and pay the toll but for me, they sent me this coupon for bridge toll reimbursement. When it was time for me to leave, they gave me 5 bucks so I can go back home for free.

Another one for Serramonte.......they happily fixed any issue I had with the G. (brakes, homelink mirror, side trim, and all my oil changes). I usually deal with Jon Appleby also.

For those having their Infiniti serviced at Serramonte, did you buy yours cars there as well?

I bought my sedan from Infiniti of Serramonte. I got my first service there for free,
because I gave them an excellent review for my buying experience.

Anyways, if you do use them, don't do the saturday appointment. The techs are probably fine, but there was only one service advisor the whole day. He wasn't
as friendly as the other writers. Maybe he was swamped, but I waited for almost
30 minutes to get my car released to me after the service was and my car was parke
out front.

Yes. I ordered mine through them. Delivered the car exactly when promised and the way I wanted it. One of the best buying experience ever.

I highly recommend puertola's performance. The place is owned by two guys who always repair the nicest cars. No only are they professional, but they'll remember you by name every time you come back, they're super honest, and even their reports are overly detailed; listing exactly what they have done & such...

Could you guys let me know if any of the Bay Area dealerships/service-advisors are mod friendly?

My car is lowered, and I am coming in to get some rattles fixed- I don't want them to tell me that the springs induced these rattles, when they were there before I lowered the car.

Thanks

I would say go to Serramonte and speak to one of the guys there about it. If they are the usual rattles (sunroof, window motor, rear panel, parcel shelf, etc) I don't think you will have any problems with them. By the way...whats rattling?

I can't tell exactly where the rattles are coming from, but I hear one above the driver's door, and one above the front passengers door. They are really irritating!
