We walked over to the Blue Monkey but it was a bit crowded, so we went over to the Loft. Very cool kick bar/club. Don't think many people know about it yet. Hasn't turned San Jose ghetto. Ended the night at La Vic's.

 

I'll have to check those joints out.

 

Blue monkey is a pretty cool place, way more intimate than the Vault.

So I take it your in NYC Afr0? Both shows? You sound like my co-worker, she fly to NYC for both shows too. Frikkin fanatics... LOL!

 

Originally the plan was to go to the NY shows... I mean, c'mon... it's Madison Square Garden. But the first show sold out in a matter of minutes. Great seats were selling for $300 a pop on ebay. Checked out the Borgata, and it was a no brainer.

Due to demand they added the 2nd NYC show and I got tix to that one last night. The Borgata show was one of the best concerts I've been to, so I had to check it out again :P. I've been a fan of their music for a while, but it was my first time seeing them, so I had to go all out. Also a fan of the Bravery, so two for the price of one.
