basic maintenance in SF

Hey guys,

Do you have any recommendations for shops in SF for basic maintenance like for oil changes. Zcar garage is too far for just basic stuff. The dealer is too much and the OEM oil filters don't look like good options. I'm looking for a place that knows what they are doing with the underbody cover and stuff. i've seen some places just take a couple screws off and bend the cover to get to the oil filter and oil nut.

This is the link about the oil filter

Thanks

i'll change your oil for $20. you provide all the parts. i'm in Daly City

dealer warranty is good as long as you keep your receipts. you can also videotape me changing the oil if you want. For an additional $20, you can send in your oil for analysis.

PM me if you are interested

$20 to get Vinh on videotape...tempting!

In all seriousness, drsifu1 knows his way around the G35. He has helped me out with an installation before, and has done a ton of DIY work on his own car.

15K service?

$20 for the oil change and I'll throw in installing the in-cabin filter for free (u supply the filter).

the dealership will charge you $100 in parts and labor for this filter.

Looks like there might be another install meet for some sway bars and I'm also going to be helping Boris install his avic-d1 and dd kit soon. Maybe we should squeeze these together?
