Tp"s Res Or Not Res

i had a quick question for you guys, i need to get test pipes but not sure which ones to go w, i already have the hks hi power exhaust and was wondering if i get non resonated tp's will it make a difference, too much rasp or should i shell out the extra money for resonated ones? i was thinking strup for non res and fast intentions res, any feed back would be appreciated.

It doesn't really makes that much of a diff. I've had resonated ones, as have others, and it still had rasp. It's inevitable.

There you go. Pick those up! No reason to spend $300-400 for a test pipe.

For some reason it didn't sound as good on his sedan w/an otherwise stock exhaust setup. TP's sound great on a coupe, with either stock or aftermarket exhaust. (this is P, btw)

I have heard FI Resonated TPs on a coupe and they sound awesome with no rasp. It may rasp on cold startup if you rev high, which you shouldnt on a cold engine, but thats the only time you might get a rasp. Once warm or at operating temp the Res TP's sound amazing. I have a thread where you can hear it.
