Bent/Damaged 3 piece wheels - What to do?

Ok so I have some DPE S-20 wheels (3 piece) my options are get it locally fixed (Dependable Wheel Repair is the shop that i called, but any suggestions??)
for $110 each (i have 2 that are damaged) and the local shop told me that if they crack then they have to weld it and it will be another $60 so $180 a piece. They give me a 1 year warranty on the weld.

Option 2: Send it to DPE so they can install the new inner lip on my wheels ($250 each).

Dependable is THE place to go locally. Welding should be just fine, although I personally wouldn't want that. Tough decision....

Any durability issues with welding or anything negative besides the fact that "it's welded" ?

Because I was forgetting a little detail, yeah granted is $250 for that new piece but I have to PAY to ship them to DPE and the return too, and two 2-inch wheels won't be too cheap to ship...like you said tough decision..

How many wheels?

If it were 1 or 2 I would send them to DPE. If it were 3 or 4 I might just have them fixed.

Bent DPE's.........?

If they were mine I'd send them to DPE and have them fixed, then you have
zero worries! (same as new)

i'm going to send them to DPE then sell them, im trying to find someone interested now so at least I have something to look forward to when I get them back nice and fixed. Or discount the price and have whoever buys them fix them.
