I have done some searching on motorcycle forums and sites to see if they would have some suggestions and I did find this site that might be helpful in picking a meeting location etc.

Again, open to more suggestions!!

This should be good for a day cruise. Lets see how many people we can get together and what the best time will be for everyone because I am down
Obviously I think a weekend would work best. My vote is for Saturday Oct 11th (work and weather permitting). We could all meet at John's Foods (115 Daisy St S Soap Lake, WA 98851) at 12pm then cruise out to Coulee from there.

Seems well thought out. Agreed on the twists and turns! We could take a little more time to plan with this and maybe go a little further west? Towards the mountains.
A weekend will be good to take the trip. This should help everyone that is planning to come, but we should stretch the date out a little to accommodate for other peoples planning. Its to short of notice for only three weeks away. Maybe we can plan for the 18th or 25th? This will keep us in the "nice weather" time frame, but still have the cruise out far enough.
We have to make this a decent cruise for what its worth. I am lookin at about $$100 in gas alone!
All vehicles welcome?

I guess all vehicles could be welcome on the Soap Lake cruise. Not exactly a cuttin up the road kinda cruise anyways. Guess it will depend on how much interest there is. We might try and post on the other forum as well once we get a date set.
