yeah....Its just hard plastic.....I think they advise against it cause they dont want it to get on the interior fabrics.....

Thanks. I know what I'll be doing when I get home today. I've got some light scratches on the climate control display and on the radio display.

FINALLY swapped out my golf-club shifter for a Razo RA89, sits lower and looks better IMHO
