CD2 is a turtlewax product for detailing engines. It won't harm your polished items and really makes the bay spiffy! The DIY on cleaning your engine bay is very helpful on a de-greaser free method for cleaning "under there"
So be smarter than me and read the DIY...also...don't detail your car BEFORE you do this process...you're about to spray the car with water! (read on)
Just protect your filter, spray down the engine bay with a hose, use some soap/water brush to get most the dust/grime off. dry the bay slightly (no need to go OCD here) then hit EVERYTHING with the CD2 (sans filter of course) start up your car for about 10 mins or so, this wil burn off the major excess. Then wipe down the puddles and BAM!! (Emeril ftw)

I just got back from the dealership... I had both of my lower cushion seats replaced under warranty and waiting for my new transmission to come in. Which will also be replaced under warranty. I had a tear on the corners like the TSB and about 75% of the time I have a slight grind going into 2nd. My warranty will be over in December so I'm taking advantage of it.
