Electrical Problem - Would love help!

So heres my problem, I know it doesnt classify as a fancy car here, but my civic driver side window will not roll up. And here's my check list so far and im stumped.

Replaced fuses (none blown but what the hell)

Replaced switch, The old master switch could control the pass side and that worked fine, just driverside would not go up nor down.

Replaced the motor to the window mechanism with a working one i tested.

I checked the wires partialy, i made sure none of the wires were poped out of the sockets they were in, but i did not do a full wire check.

So its not the fuses, nor the switch or motor. Im stumped.

Alex

Did the wire trace, my yellow/white wire has 11.5volts and after the switch it drops to 4.5 volts. I'm thinking it be the damn switch. Which I drove to spanaway to buy another - and that one has the same problem I guess? Idk gonna have to find one that works or anyone got a spare civic sitting around for me to test if my switch works on?
