i said to him thats stupid. i told him i only buy the car if
monthly payment is 500dollars for 60 month
with 6000 down.

Although Infiniti of Fife is owned by the same people, you might get them to deal better. As it's getting towards the end of the month, you might find a better deal. In anycase, you should ALWAYS negotiate the price of the vehicle before you even talk about payments or trade-in. Go to www.edmunds.com and determine the TMV before going back. Use this as your target for a fair deal.

You should be getting a sales price around $28,800 for a Certified Used 2004 G35, 27,000 miles (w/ premium package). You shouldn't pay more than 8-1/4% interest from a bank (Wells Fargo used car rate 60 months, good credit). With $6,000 down, and the Seattle sales tax (8.8%) you're looking at $516.73/month for 60 months.

Call Rick Greene (or email rickgreene@users.ccleads.com) at Wendle Infiniti, Spokane. 888-203-5670. Tell him that Cale in Seattle suggested you call and what you're looking for. If he has what you need, take a plane to Spokane ($120 one-way on Horizon) and have a nice drive back.

I bought from Rick. It beats shopping at Infiniti of Kirkland.

I bought my car Kirkland too. They are real hard core. They quoted me something like your deal, I just walked out. They called me back with a better deal, I said no way, they called back again, I said no way, they called back a third time, I said your getting closer, then after the fourth call back I agreed to their offer. Take your time with these guys, they have a lot of room to work with. A question for you, why do you need to put any money down? You can go to any credit union and get around 5% financing with no money down. Sounds like they want to pull one on you.

I also shopped for a 03 sedan w/ the sport package. They started out the neg at $28,xxx. Salesman said they "might" take $26,000. I offered $25k. They called back once and that was it.

They advertise thier used cars for insane amounts. But since they and the Fife dealers are about the only game in town for Infiniti dealers, they call the shots. I ended up buying from an independant dealer for thousands less.

...and I bought my car out of state for the same reasons. After a couple trips and a few phone calls, I realized neither dealer would get a realistic price for a knowledgeable buyer. Didn't know they were both owned by the same guy until this thread though...

Oh, and what's up Jeff. Welcome aboard...

Don't know bout you guys, but I picked up my G about a month ago from Aaron and couldn't be happier. Picked up a Black/Graphite '03.5 5AT Premium wheel/tire package with 25K miles for $26,000. Ended up test driving a similar '03 6MT but too much damn stop and go traffic in the U-District/Bellevue/Renton commute. Anyways, just thought I'd add my .02. Oh yeah, and if you are the guy that bought that '03 6MT and go to UW we should meet up because I see you driving on campus all the time and wouldn't mind taking some shots when the weather gets nice.

it's the black/black with aero package, premium wheel/tire package, and navi. The exact same one I test drove. Anyways, where in washington are you from Triple8Sol? Been itchin to take some pics but the weather looks like straight rain for next couple weeks. Guess I'll probably have to wait until Spring time comes.

Infiniti of Fife is more hardcore than Infiniti of Kirkland, and they are owned by the same person. You need to pit them against each other to get a good price and get a online quote from Edmunds.com. They are fairly easy to work with but they are trying to get their commission before anything, so expect the down payment thing to come up.

I quess the sales people are in competition with each other. They even get cars from each other when you want a car theat they have at the other dealer.

The internet sales manager at FIFE hid a car for me for about 2 weeks while my money came in for the down payment..then i went to Kirkland and got a better price and financing deal on an 05. Plus they had the color I wanted too. I felt bad about having him hid the car, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I was really going to get the car, but the hard to find OB Black on Black had to appear at kirkland... Couldn't pass that up its a chance of a lifetime on a new 6MT sedan around here.

Just got some TSB's done at Infiniti of Kirkland and must say I couldn't be happier. Ever since I walked through the door to pick up my coupe back in November they have been nothin but friendly and helpful. The new pre-owned manager, Brad Donovan, has been real helpful as well. Plus, he is apparently giving out some pretty good deals on used '03-05 coupes. Just thought I'd share my positive experience.

The bald dude? Anyway, Infiniti of Kirkland has consistenly advertised their used G coupes/sedans at the highest prices I've seen anywhere. Their pricing for slightly used examples are right at new car pricing.

Right, "advertised" prices are pretty high compared to other regions of the US. But with some negotiating you can end up getting a pretty good deal. Just don't give in to dealer's last offers and wait it out. Most likely they will end up calling you back and giving you a better deal. That's what happened to me anyway.
