To make a long story short, I preordered one of these from a game store a couple months ago - I thought the preorder was gonna fall through, so I bought one on ebay, and got anally raped (paid $390). The preorder came through though, so now I have two!

I'm willing to part with the extra one for retail price ($250) plus shipping ($25, two or three day air, I know it's not cheap, but they treat air packages 100 times better, minimizes the chance of damage). I will include the original receipt (w/serial number) for warranty purposes. Pic is attached.

from going shopping yesterday, it seems like nintendo is sending out a shipment next week... check your local Best Buy, Circuit City, and Costco for more info.

Hahaha. That's classic. Well, if it makes you all feel any better, I was in the same boat for months! I don't know how the hell I ended up with two!

I think the problem is that people are scalping them left and right. They clear out the stores for the sole purpose of selling them on ebay for twice the price. Which, I could swear, is completely illegal, but yet there are 10000 of them up for auction. That's why I posted it here for retail price, I could have listed it on ebay for $500 or something outrageous, but in the back of my mind, it's just not right.
