Maybe he means that its not updated to the 2.2.1 firmware and can still be unlocked for T-mobile or other GSM carrier.

because these are the ones that have been already unlocked through at&t and already Registered as unlocked on apple IMED.
These are the overseas( Hong kong) Iphones which can be avail in unlocked mode for $700 which thats what their going for on ebay. My stuff is legit homie.

 

There is no such thing as AT&T overseas.....and AT&T would never unlock these phones....they lose money that way.

They sell Iphones overseas my man they were offered to the general public through apple. But these phones are Unlocked Through apple IMED. Sorry for the miss communication I dunno y i said At&T.

 

If I sell my N96's in time I might pick up some of your phones from you. Iphones sell like crazy in the UK!!!

no worries and yes i know they sell them overseas. O2 is the carrier here in the UK but I brought my phone from the states and unlocked it to work with vodaphone.
