Infiniti Airbag Removal

Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone is brave enough to help
me install my Nissan airbag cover. There's plenty of Diy's
on driver but I just don't trust myself to install it. If we decide to
have a little meet during winter time can anyone install it for me,
I'll reward u with $$$$ lol. Or I could wait till the spring time
when the weather is good but just wanted to see if anyone
here had any experience wig removing the airbag cover.

Thanks
Brian

Brian you will just need a 10mm to disconnet the battery, and security torx I forget what size and a pick tool or paper clip or something like that and 10 min. Once the battery is disconnect pump the brakes a few time and you will have no issues... you can just paypal me the money I just saved you if you want

Pump the brakes to get any stray electricity out of the system after the battery is disconnected. The only other thing to remember is not to drop the airbag, even after it's been disconnected it could go off. Other than that, like Danny said it's pretty easy.

Thanks zackt
here's the thing though I purchased a oem Infiniti
airbag cover with the airbag on eBay. I purchased it bc if
I do sell my car in the future I'll still have my original cover.anyway
I recieved it and I took the airbag out but I dropped the
airbag on the floor but the airbag is still intact. Now since I dropped
the airbag on my floor is the airbag useless ?

It should be fine... as long as it didn't pop, it should be good. My friend at Nissan warned me that if it was dropped, there was a small chance that it could actually go off.

i think you should just figure it out with ben since most likley it'd be at ben's place and you're the one who has to drive out here. once you guys figure a day that'll work i'm sure ppl will do their best to show up.
