I can confirm that Sean does excellent work at very reasonable prices! You can't go wrong with SxExCx products IMO!

Too good of work at too cheap of cost IMO, it used to be you had to put some hard work and major dedication in to have everything polished now you can just get SxExCx to either polish the parts or polish and install. Great for the average guy but not so great for those of us that put in the hard work to have something different than the masses :-{

I understand where you're coming from, but its nice to have the option of buying pre-polished stuff. I enjoy doing as much as I can myself, but sometimes it just doesn't make sense. For example, I hand polished my timing cover, supercharger, and a bunch of other stuff, but bought pre-polished cam covers and VTC solenoids from Sean. Hard work is fine, but smart work is better.

Oh that was back in May. I did the swap in 3 days. My old motor spun the timing gear on the crank at almost exactly 130k. Now I have a new motor.
