After you give it a good cleaning, the polished plenum is definitely the first step. PM SxExCx, he'll hook you up. Once you get that in your bay you'll be inspired to do more.

Then you should consider:

Grounding Kit
Intake
Silicone Couplers for Intake
Paint Dipstick Handle
RareJDM Harness Cover
Hood Dampers
Strut Bar
Resivior Tanks (caps and paint them black, or replace them with polished ones)
Oil Cap
Radiator Cap
Coolant Hoses
Hose Locks
Throttle Body
JDM washers (eBay)
Polish AC Lines
Oil Catch Can
Timing Cover
Paint Battery Covers
Paint Valve Covers
Wire Tuck!!

I'm sure I missed many things, but you get the idea. You can do so much under the hood, just check out the photos in this thread. Starting with a polished plenum though is a great first step.

Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish and a Microfiber towel. This stuff also makes my HKS rear section exhaust and various polished parts in the engine bay shine!

How far are you from Cal? Cal and I are hitting GMR at sunrise tomorrow for some rig shots. My car will be in the body shop in the next couple weeks and I'm getting some other items painted too.
