the felt wheel, the timing cover itself is pretty smooth already so theres not really a need to sand it down i actually started by cleaning it with never dull and it took off a lof of the nasty finish on it already and started to polish it a little bit before i even hit it with a dremel....

could someone explain to me how you polish the stuff under our hood, i was going to make it a DIY cause i like to try things myself, plus i have a sheitton of tools at my disposal whenever, perks of father building and selling muscle cars.
