so i spent this pass weekend back at my parents house. WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND! their neighbor of 19 years decides to drive his hoopty into my parked car when i was hanging out with my friends. he parked his car after and went back into his house like nothing happend. luckily my other neighbors seen him hit my car and told my father. my father called me and when i came home, this is what i seen....

i am so mad at this point! i'm bringing it by the body shop next week and i know i am most likely to get a new fender but i am going to request for a new door but insurance prob doesnt want to do it. we'll see how it goes down..

 

door don't look that bad man. fender i understand. the door looks more like a surface scratch.

did this happend at night? cause those clear corners don't reflect light as well as the amber ones.

 

thats horrible, but at least you know who did it.

That sucks man...the fender definitely needs to be replaced..the door is minor paintwork but fight for whatever is gonna make you happy...GOod luck with the repairs and I m glad you got the sucka..does this constitute for a hit-run scenario or just a regular accident.

it happened in the afternoon around 1:30pm. my other neighbor outside smoking a cigarette notified my father what just happened

us G owners know how much the car vibrates, and if i have my system turned up a bit, the door shakes. with bondo on it and my system going, its only a matter of time before the paint falls off! a new door is what would make me happy but i'd be happier if this never happened to begin with. and for the hit and run scenario, i didnt even think about it being a hit-&-run situation until the day after! watever, the guy is a little slow in the head anyways (literally) and i just want my car fixed!

i would be freakin pissed, especially since he didnt even leave a note or anything...smh.

 

damn that sucks sorry to see the damage but i am almost sure that insurance is not gonna go for a new door or skin but it is worth a try

 

really sucks man and being more than 1 part makes it a pain.

so today my class went outside to run vacuum tests on our brake booster and come to find out when i went to go open my hood, the hood just makes contact with the tip of the driverside fender and chipped the paint on both the hood and fender!! DAMN that ruined my day!
