remember one thing, quality is just as important if not moreso. Based on what you've posted, i would chose 2. Look at the lip on any HP wheel, it'll never get as shiny as one on volks. Polished/chrome lips FTW. matte/aluminum wheels dont stand out as much, wheels are meant to make the car stand out IMHO
