the valentine one mod is a 1 off mod on the car done by a guy local who is no longer around the boards anymore...he doesnt offer that anymore.

yeah its the same guy Shane...he stopped doing them. thats where I got hooked up from.

that V1 mod is amazing. How is the reception with the detector located in the rear though?

I have read through alot of electronic forum that the V1 mounted in the back is better because the rear sensor is alot smaller then the front...

Guess I should've learned about this forum a few years ago when I got my car..... or started posting more when I got on in the first place! lol

Then again, I was a broke college kid when I picked it up initially....

Wow, I just stumbled on this forum too and went through all 42 pages. That V1 mod is amazing though, I am disappointed to hear that it's no longer possible.

shane you are going to attempt the v1 Mod?? if so I can find out how exactly the process is done...I know he had the mirror glass taken out and sent somewhere who did all the cutting for him...he takes apart the remote displays and inserts into there wiring everything up to the Phone Cord that comes out the back....

id like that mod for my v1, g35man04 know anyone that can do the side view mirror LED's like Scootch did?

I will look around..but the piece is def a one of peice that will be hard to replicate from someone since the lenses on them are made specifically for the G35.
