It was not a full write up, (doing that soon) I was just telling them I got back the rears from AST after I told them to change a few things, and now the ride feels like I'm riding on air. And I'm a good "1 and a half of the ground.. But trust me I will post a write up and link it here as soon as I get some more stuff from them..

Humm.. good to hear.Sounds like it's stiffer suspension but still comfy to ride on.
My F&F II are on full stuff and bottom out on dips.
