cerr's G35 Coupe / Marcus Cooke Photography

Had the opportunity to shoot cerr's G35 Coupe this evening. We did the shoot at the Queen Mary ocean liner in Long Beach over looking the downtown skyline and harbor. We then headed to a cool location in Long Beach/Carson to do some rig shots. Thanks again Phil, had a great time shooting your ride. Tell your buddy with the M3 to hit me up for a shoot.

EDIT: More shots added

I had Phil leave his lights on for these shots, but I think I would have liked them better with the lights off.

This one was a challenge without an UWA lens. The rig had to be placed pretty far from the car (which makes it more unstable). The front wheel is a bit out of focus, but I still like how it turned out.

G
cerr, your G looks pretty friggen clean.

Marcus, great job as always. The only thing I see is that the brake lights are on in the rolling shot; have you ever thought of pushing the car via driver's door area? Like opening the door and pushing the car using the pillar?

Thanks Kevin. I'm just starting out and haven't figured out how to get a shot with the wheels turned by pushing the car. If you push the car via the door pillar won't you see the person in the shot....I'll have to try this out. The key to this one is to turn at a constant rate, holding the front wheel at the same angle, might be hard to do while pushing the car. I agree though that I'll need to need to do some trial and error to figure out how to get the shot without the brake lights.
