Ya so much more beefy than stock. I can't wait to fine tune the suspension once the car is on the road.

hey Goblin just a quick question about the OEM wheel studs seen in the picture below. Are you planning on replacing them ? I've read a few bad things about OEM studs and basically what I got from it that it's a good idea to replace them with Nismo or ARP studs.

I have been running wheel spacers for about 30k now I imagine they are probably stressed out by now. Since I'm about to put my new wheels on, I would like a fresh set of studs, so what would you recommend and where can I get some ?
I've heard talk of ARP studs but can't find them anywhere, then I seen the Nismo studs for sale but only the extended ones.

and hey are those paint chips on your calipers from your wheels spokes rubbing them ?

Don't mind the RA nuthugger

He has to put his .02 into everything
and it's usually wrong anyways

The studs I am running are not stock they are Nismo extended. So no I am not planning on replacing them as its only surface rust from letting the car sit outside for months. You can get stock replacements, nismo, H&R, ARP etc they are all available just depends on what you want. There is a scratch in the paint on the driverside caliper when I was running the ccw wheels a rock made it up in between the caliper and back of the rim... oh well maybe someone will setup and let me show off there bbk.

Unless they want to send me a set, I am not paying that much for the rotors, these are fine just need to go for a ride to clean the rust off.

^i wouldn't even bother putting them on even if they were free.

your brakes will keep you alive. no reason to put a POS rotor on it and wonder every time you tap your brake whether or not it will be your last.

Very true, I totally agree and would not buy or support anything from RA

thanks, 'ppreciate it. I'll look a little harder then I've been over the marketplace both here and my350 but haven't found vendors selling studs, or maybe they are but just not listing it in the thread title because it's such a small item.

one more quick question, the OEM studs are 42mm correct ? ? I checked myNismo.com and they sell the 50mm and 60mm studs only
