Thanks for the input. Where can I get a rad cover you are talking about? Also any suggestions on where to put the catch can? You know how we are working with so much room on these cars... Lol Thanks again

thanks for the tricks I am almost done (see picture before/after) it is not 100% perfect but I will deal with it.do you guy have or recomend to clear coat it??because last summer I have try to do it on my car without a clear and as soon as I drive when it rain it start to oxyde or water dry on it making spot.I have put like over 20hours to polish this one so I don't want to start over each time it rain.
I have lot of respect for RRYDE thats impressive work you do there!!

it looks like you have it nice and smooth, but it still needs some finishing polish to give it a shine

looks good tho

I wouldn't clear coat it. the clear will haze to yellow after a while

Quit buying $1000+ oil coolers and you could likely swing it

Props to you for trying to polish on your own.. Takes alot of time and ALOT of hard work..

I sanded down my VTC solenoids for about 4-6 hours.. not fun..

here is my timing cover before install..

polishing my plenum myself right now. I hate how I need to hand sand everything past 220 grit. (i cant find hook face round sandpaper).

How did you guys sand those little nooks and crannys?

I'm also gonna try polishing the TB and timing cover. (bigc style, on the car) lol.
