So Ive fallen in love with gloss black wheels on DG. Most of you have seen my 18' winter setup, (if not its in this section of the forum). With that on my mind I wanted to change my summer setup to but I really like the design of my wheels and their uniqueness here so I opted to have them powdercoated gloss black.

Im sure all of you know its hard to capture detail on black cars. Black wheels are also just as difficult. They look awesome in person, these pics dont do them justice at all. I am gettig hub rings for my winter 18s in a few days so when i put those on im going to mount these up to take a few pics. Hope you like em.

dude~ those are niiiiccee.. DG/black is a good contrast. i have a black on black car..it'll look nice w/black-out rims as well. n/e ways nice wheels bro~

 

looks sick as usual man. Get some Tire dressing on those tires ASAP and post pics when its on the car.


It might just be the pictures, but if i were you i would clean the crap out of the inside of those wheels, as it will be 10x harder when the wheels are on.

 

very nice. it looks like your ruined the labia though. are those wheels polished finishes???? they look anodized.

 

their anodized yes. mothers polish doesnt seem to hurt them, why would you say their ruined? they look the same as they did new.

How much per wheel did it end up costing you to do that? I'm seriously considering painting my wheels black as well.

They lip kinda looks scratched up and dull in some of the pics.
