I remember this. I remember seeing some G's in Houston at the dealer I worked at come in with cloth seats, no sun roof, and other small things other G's didn't have- like the HID lights; it was really odd, specially the cloth seats.

Sometimes I wouldn't mind not having a sun roof, all I ever do is pop the back up, never open it fully... I don't like it to be that bright on my head, lol.

Mine isn't that stripped. The seats are leather, Brembos, and the lights are HID. The manual got more goodies than the autos.

I know some people don't want a sunroof for various reasons, like headroom, less weight and slightly lower cog, or just to get the car a bit cheaper otd. Personaly, I love having a sunroof on my dd and I use it all the time. Would hate not having one.

Thats weird, for some reason my '05 is base model (5AT, no bose, no auto-dim mirror, no dual climate, no memory seats) but i have a sunroof lol
was it a stand alone option as well?

The sunroof is far less noticeable on black, so i dont think it interrupts the appearance to much. I too have the "too tall" problem, and could use the extra space that not having a sunroof gives you. I have to keep the cover slid back always. My bro has a 350Z, and the first thing i noticed when i sat down was that there was no sunroof. It almost seemed weird to me...
