I was at the Detroit Auto show today with the Ohio G Club and thought I would share a few picture of the Q50 F1 Concept. The picture dont do it justice, this car was Fing beautiful!! I am highly impressed with it!

What a piece of art. I wish they make it and with a Gt-R motor or a VQ Twin turbo. This way itll sound as good as it looks. Watch out M3, C63, RS4, and IS-F. The monster is coming,

Why is that? It already makes over 500hp and 600 lb/ft of torque and is forced induction already. It should sound awesome I would think. It is called a Q50 Eau Rouge.

 

No, they still didn't make the motor for it. They claimed that if they did, which most likely they will, It'll have around the range of power you posted. What is for sure is that the motor will be a V6 forced induction. So could be supercharged or turbo.

 

They don't actually have an engine for it yet, at least not announced one. Basically just said, "we're looking at engine options, should have 500 hp, yada yada." Wouldn't be surprised if they ended up using a Mercedes AMG engine.

 

Carbon fiber rarely makes its way down to the production vehicles.
