Contact them by email or try some of the authorized dealers. Some of the dealers have the G35 listed.

I know, i wish i would have had it for the meet. That eclipse would have been like "WTF?!?!?!" when i dropped it down to 3rd at 85 with this thing. It roars like no other. I think i'm going to get the 3.5" tube to replace the 2.5" and see what happens. It was my mistake in the first place not listening to Igor and getting the 3.5" but oh well. I'll spend a couple extra buck to get it. I'm glad you like your z-tube and K&N

Haha. That eclipse was great. I loved our double hazard flash at him. We'll have to get together again so I can check it out. Wonder when the next meet is? That was a ton of fun. I've gotta get a few more things done before it so I actually have some things to show off. Again, nicely done.

Andy, what were the factors in choosing the Stillen over the Weapon-R? Thanks.

I am a bit leary of the potential engine bay heat soak issue, which is going to be apparent with the WR set-up.

Grant- Would you recommend this over my z-tube/popcharger set-up? Also, is there any difference in sound below 3500rpms. Dude you're car looks even better in person, I like the IP!

Thanks Ryan. I wouldnt recommend it over the z-tube popcharger. If you dont have an intake and want a short-ram intake i would recommend the Weapon-R but in the 3.5" upgraded size. The only difference in the z-tube/popcharger and the weapon-R is a much deeper sound as you heard today. There's no difference below 3500rpm.

Just like Igor and balisticus did, get the heat-sheild from the JWT popcharger and the heat soak will not be an issue. I'm going to be doing the same thing when i find someone selling a used one.

This might sound like a stupid question, so just bare with me. Is there anyway that you could use the stock intake box or duct and fit the Weapon R into it, similar to how the Stillen box works?

Also as for the sound could you better describe the differerence between stock and this setup? One of the main selling factors of this car was the engine and exhaust sound and the deepness of it. I wouldn't mind the sound being a bit louder, but don't want it to sound whinny at all.

No, you cant use the stock box with this intake. All you need is the JWT heat-shield from the popcharger.
The sound is amazing, not whiny, just pure deepness. It brings out a growl in the VQ that i absolutely love.
Here's the link to the sound/video clip i took of my car, it didnt work for some people but give it a try, might have to reload it a couple times before it works. Just remember this is with the weapon-R and the MD ISO spacer which makes it a little deeper.

hope that helps

I am planning on putting the k&n filter with the adapter they have. Would this be the same. I am going to use the z tube and take out the just the filter part of the intake and put the K&N round filter with the adapter. Would this be the same as getting a short ram? I have the drop in filter now but want to change out the unit. I am thinking of making my own heat shield out of aluminum but not sure. They are selling this at about $50.00 and thought I would try it. I really don't care about gains or losses (which wouldnt be to much anyway) but looking more for sound. Let me know if this is a good Idea or not.
Did'nt want to change the subject but I thought I would ask.
Any imput you guys have will be helpful.
