Test drove the 370z today, I'm sold on it It was the 7speed auto w/paddle shifters, gonna go back and test the MT later this week. I'm looking at getting into one in late November or early December.
But until that happens, I just got a set of 350z H-Techs and my StopTech stage1 kit in time to have them installed before the Palomar run on the 15th.

 

I test drove a 6MT before I bought my G. It was sex. My G feels so slow compared to it.

 

wow Congrats on the test drive. i was going to buy a G37 the day it dropped back in Aug of last year. Man it was pure sex, but i still love my G35. but make sure you don't drop us G family when you make the purchase

 

how about you get a Job or finish school, then worry about modding your car. You are doing everything backwards

to be honest, the only thing I think the G37 coupe has over the G35 coupe is the engine. If swapping the VQ37 into a G35 was a simple swap, thats what i would do. I just don't like the body style of the coupes that much...The sedans i think look way better.

 

Tali the big question is. are you ready for the dealership to tell you what your ride is worth? I know i stormed out of the Lexus Dealership when i was going to trade in my G for a GS lexus. I wanted to slap that guy sooooooooo fvcking hard lol. but they dropped the Value on our ride sooooo low.

I think at the top of the year i KBB my ride @ 38k miles it was $18K
around march may i KBB my ride around the same mile it was around $12-13k.
The dealership try to give me 10k for my ride. smh

 

Yea that's the only think I'm afraid of, is the trade in value of my G. I can always just go FI with the down payment and call it a day lol I was caught up in all the hype after the test drive. Haha

 

yea im finishing school this December, gotta study for GRE's for this spring 10, cant apply for any CSU system school since they arent accepting new applicants until fall 10, so i got a 6 month break to study for GRE's apply and get a physical therapy kinda job

 

Nah he's doin fine.... He's always like "I got homework, practice, etc etc for school" so he still knows and takes care of his priorities. You can do both at the same time just don't lose focus on what's more important.........like modding the car...haha jk

 

It's all hype, with the right amount of money you can mod your G to be better than the 370. Anyone's car can be better, faster, than anyone's car if you have the $$.
